Contest:

Show your school spirit by uploading a Lip Dub video! Using one of the 15 pre-approved songs, create a Lip Dub video and compete for votes against other school's videos. Keep your school "in the game" by encouraging fans, friends, and family to vote for your school's video on the Lip Dub contest website.

Size Categories: Due to the feedback received last year, we have divided the schools into three size categories based on student enrollment. The schools will compete only against schools of similar size, in categories as follows (based on grades 9-12, enrollment at the beginning of the 2014-2015 School Year):

                                    SMALL:  0-500 *
                                    MEDIUM: 501-1,000*
                                    LARGE: 1,001+*

*We reserve the right to adjust the parameters of these categories once all entries have been submitted to maintain the integrity of the competition.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded as follows, to each of the three size categories:

Grand Prize: $2,500 cash prize and 100 Lip Dub T-shirts
Runner-Up:  100 Lip Dub T-shirts      

How to Enter (See Rules for full details and guidelines):

• Fill out the online contest entry/submission registration form and upload your high school's self-created video and group photo. Note, you may register early or email us to confirm your school’s participation (before your video is complete) to receive emails with up-to-date Lip Dub information, contest reminders, and troubleshooting access!
• Limit ONE (1) Lip Dub video entry per high school.

Voting:

Voting for the High School Lip Dub Contest will begin on November 14th and continue until December 4th. Each registered voter may vote up to ten times a day. The winning video will be determined by total number of votes accumulated during the voting period.

Winners Announcement:

The High School Lip Dub Contest Grand Prize Winners and Runners-Up will be announced on December 7th in the Trib Total Media newspapers and the winning video will be featured on the contest website starting December 8th. The winners will be promoted within our print and digital products. A special check presentation will be made at each of the grand prize winning schools, by Hall of Famer, and current Pittsburgh Power owner, LYNN SWANN!
