Official Trib Total Media All-Time Team Sweepstakes Official Rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
1. Eligibility: By entering the Trib Total Media All-Time Team Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Trib Total Media (hereinafter "TTM"). Sweepstakes is open only to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Trib Total Media, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of its respective related companies, as well as the respective advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and immediate family members of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable state and local laws, rules, and regulations and is void where prohibited.
2. How to Enter: Enter between 3/27/10 and 4/18/10 (the "Entry Period"). Three (3) ways to enter: (1) Fill out the entry form provided on the ballots available in Trib Total Media’s daily newspaper publications (publishing on Penguin home game days, and additional days throughout the entry period based on space availability). Return your ballot and entry form by either: depositing it in the ballot boxes at the Trib Total Media kiosk at a Penguins home game; hand-delivering the ballot to your local Trib Total Media office; or by mailing the ballot in a first class stamped envelope to: Trib Total Media All-Time Team Sweepstakes, Trib Total Media, 503 Martindale Street, D.L. Clark Building, Suite 250, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. (2) Create a hand-written reproduction of the ballot by legibly printing your fifteen (15) player votes as well as your contact information (name, address, zip code, age, email and day time phone number) on a piece of paper. Mail it in a first class stamped envelope to: Trib Total Media All-Time Team Sweepstakes, Trib Total Media, 503 Martindale Street, D.L. Clark Building, Suite 250, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. (3) Fill out an online entry form at triblive.com. Online voting will end April 18, 2010 at 5:00 pm. Limit one (1) entry per person. No photocopies accepted. Hand-delivered and mail-in entries must be received by TTM no later than 5:00 pm, April 22, 2010, and in-arena entries must be received by April 8, 2010 (the last regular season Penguins home-game). TTM will not verify receipt of entries nor are they responsible for incomplete, late, lost, misdirected, illegible entries or postage due mail.
3. Drawing and Notification: Five potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing held on or about May 3, 2010 by TTM. Potential winners will be notified by phone or email. If the potential winners cannot be reached within three (3) days from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
4. Prizes: Five (5) GRAND PRIZES: Winner will be invited (with a guest) to be among the first to see the Trib Total Media All-Time Team Zone by attending the official grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony at Consol Energy Center. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to attend during the date and time specified for the grand opening event, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Transportation, and all other expenses and liabilities incurred as a result of any prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Prize is non-transferable. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except by TTM, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value in the event that any prize is unavailable for any reason as determined by TTM in its sole discretion.
5. General Rules: In the event that the operation, security, or integrity of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including fraud or technical problems, TTM may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Sweepstakes at any given time, or change the rules of or extend the dates of a contest upon notice. Decisions of the TTM Marketing Department are final. TTM reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in any disruptive manner. If any potential winner does not comply with Official Rules, or potential winner is found to be ineligible, then the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of prize by winner constitutes permission for TTM to use winner's name, likeness, voice, words, hometown, state, and other personally identifiable information for purposes of advertising and trade, in any media, without giving winner additional prizes or consideration. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Trib Total Media, Inc., the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Pittsburgh Penguins Alumni Association, Consol Energy Center, and the National Hockey League, and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, parent companies, affiliates, employees, agents and representatives from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Sweepstakes entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified.
The online portion of this Sweepstakes and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, UPICKEM, Inc., Trib Total Media, the Pittsburgh Penguins or the Pittsburgh Penguins Alumni Association. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
UPICKEM and Trib Total Media are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
