BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

Eligibility. This is a trade promotion sweepstakes sponsored by Trib Total Media, Inc. (“Sponsor”). The sweepstakes is open only to those who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who legally reside in Trib Total Media’s newspaper circulation area. Limit one (1) entry per person, per entry method, per day. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees (and their immediate families and household members) of Trib Total Media, any entities responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying a Prize, or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, are not eligible to enter the sweepstakes or win a Prize.

1. How to Enter. The entry period begins November 10, 2013 and ends on November 25, 2013 (“Entry Period”) at 5:00 PM EST. There are two methods to enter the sweepstakes. First, you may enter the sweepstakes by completing the official entry form published in all editions of the Tribune-Review, Pittsburgh Tribune-Review and Valley News Dispatch, daily editions of the Leader Times, The Valley Independent, Daily Courier, and The Daily News (“Newspapers”) during the Entry Period and either mailing the entry form to the address listed on the official entry form or faxing the official entry form to (412) 380-8529. Mechanically reproduced or hand stamped entries will not be accepted. Second, participants may enter the sweepstakes online by visiting the Sweepstakes entry page found at http://Contests.TribLIVE.com, completing the entry form, entering the official entry code of the day, and clicking the “Submit” button. New online entry codes will be published daily in all TTM daily publications for the duration of the sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents will void all entries by that participant. Entries not received by the Sponsor by the Entry Deadline will not be eligible for to win a Prize. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and purchase will not affect a participant’s odds of winning
   
   
2. Prizes. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.Prize Winner will receive the following (the “Prize”):
   • A $1000 check

     All taxes on the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winners. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash.

3. Conditions of Participation. Participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the Sponsor's sweepstakes judges, whose decisions will be final. By registering or submitting an entry, participants grant to the Sponsor, their agents and others working on their behalf the right to use the Prize Winner's name for advertising and marketing purposes, without additional compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.Sponsor shall not be responsible for registration errors or for lost, late or misdirected mail (including e-mail), or telecommunication or computer hardware or software failures.If, for any reason, the fairness or integrity of the sweepstakes becomes compromised, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify the sweepstakes, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the administration of the sweepstakes.
4. Winner Selection/Notification of Winners. One (1) prize winner will be selected by random drawing, by an employee of Sponsor’s marketing department, to take place on November 26, 2013, from all eligible entries received on or prior to the Entry Deadline. Potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or email within approximately five (5) days of the drawing. In the event a potential winner is notified by phone, the Sponsor shall not be required to leave a message. Sponsor may require the Prize Winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility, publicity release (except where prohibited), liability waiver and/or IRS Form W-9 (if required by IRS regulations) prior to the delivery of any Prize (collectively, "Affidavit").If the Prize Winner does not respond to the notification within two (2) days, is found to be ineligible, fails to execute the Affidavit or other documentation required by Sponsor, the Sponsor may consider such Prize Winner to have forfeited the Prize, and another Prize Winner may be selected as time allows.
5. Sponsor. The Sponsor of this sweepstakes is Trib Total Media, Inc., 535 Keystone Dr., Warrendale, PA15086.
6. Disclaimers, Dispute Resolution and Limitations of Liability. Each participant hereby releases, and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor,those working on their behalf, and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, employees, agents, successors and assigns, from any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability, either at law or equity, whether known or unknown, asserted or non-asserted, that may arise from or in any way relate to participation in this sweepstakes or the awarding, acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. This sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any action or litigation concerning this sweepstakes shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and each participant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY'S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF PARTICIPANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
