The Ike Taylor Show Takes Over Legacy Lanes Bowl Off (Online Sweepstakes)

Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary. Limit one (1) entry per user name, per day. By entering the Trib Total Media, Inc. (hereinafter “TTM”) Ike Taylor Takes Over Legacy Lanes Bowl Off (“Sweepstakes”) entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of TTM.

1)    ELIGIBILITY: Unless otherwise specified, the Sweepstakes is open to all who are legal residents, 18 years of age and living within the Pittsburgh Metro Area. Employees of TTM, independent contractors, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of its respective related companies, as well as the respective advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and immediate family members of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable state and local laws, rules, and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2)    Sweepstakes Entry Period: Enter between May 20, 2013 2:00 PM EST and June 6, 2013 11:59 PM EST (the “Entry Period”). To enter contestants must enter online by visiting sportstalk.triblive.com/contests. Deadline to enter is 11:59 PM EST June 6, 2013. By registering for this Sweepstakes, entrants may receive e-mails from TribLIVE.com, TribLIVE Radio, and Trib Total Media. E-mail addresses are never sold to third parties.

3)    How to Enter the Sweepstakes. Online entries only: You must have a Facebook account. You may create a Facebook account by accessing Facebook at http://www.facebook.com and following the instructions to create an account for free. Information you provide to Facebook to open an account is subject to Facebook’s privacy policy, located at http://www.facebook.com/privacy. Once you have a Facebook account, to enter this Sweepstakes, find and complete the entry form available online at http://sportstalk.triblive.com/contests. Follow the prompts which require each user to “Like” TribLIVE Radio’s Facebook page and the advertising sponsor, Legacy Lanes, Inc. Facebook Page. Only one entry per username, per day will be permitted. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account governing the e-mail address was opened. TTM is not responsible for late, incomplete, void, corrupted, garbled, misdirected, or otherwise unintelligible Entries and for any problems, bugs or malfunctions Entrants may encounter when submitting their entry. Incomplete, garbled, corrupted or otherwise illegible entries are void and will not be accepted. TTM reserves the right to disqualify false entries or entries suspected of being false and to disqualify any Entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or violating these Official Rules.

Entrants are required to provide truthful information and TTM will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. TTM will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and TTM will also delete any online entry knowingly received from persons under the age of 13 under the compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

4)    Mandatory Facebook Disclosure: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to TTM and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for administering this contest and for marketing purposes in accordance with TTM’s privacy policy, located at http://triblive.com/home/termsofservice/.

5)    DRAWING/NOTIFICATION: Six (6) entries will be selected at random from all registered entries as winning participants. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Only one prize will be awarded per household. Winners will be notified by phone call on or after Friday, June 7th. If a winner is unreachable after two business (2) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. TTM will not make more than three (3) attempts to contact Sweepstakes winners. If TTM cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded. TTM reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

6)    PRIZE:  Six (6) prizes, each consisting of one (1) VIP pass to The Ike Taylor Show Takes Over Legacy Lanes Broadcast on June 11, 2013 at Legacy Lanes 5024 Curry Road, Pittsburgh, PA15236 (hereinafter “The Venue”) from 7:30 PM EST to 9:30 PM EST. These passes will permit the winner participation in The Ike Taylor Show Takes Over Legacy Lanes Bowl Off. Winners of this Sweepstakes must arrive at The Venue no later than 8:00 PM EST in order to participate. Sweepstakes winners will be required to present photo identification upon arrival to The Venue in order to claim a VIP badge.

The Venue, venue capacity, and personality restrictions may apply. Only listed prizes will be awarded and no substitutions or cash equivalents or redemption will be made, however that TTM reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.

All activities related to the prize are at the Sweepstakes Winner’s own risk and subject to whatever restrictions are imposed by the entities that govern such activities. Lost or stolen prizes will not be replaced. Prize does not include any other item or expense not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all additional expenses including, without limitation, travel expenses, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. Prizes are not transferrable.

7)    LIABILITY:TTM is not responsible for problems associated with television transmission, radio transmission, cable transmission, satellite transmission, phone lines, Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, or other Internet interruptions or malfunctions or for any technical or other difficulties which may prohibit, prevent, or interfere with the transmission of television or radio signals to all or limited geographic areas during the playing of the Sweepstakes or which may interfere with a participant's ability to login or register or submit an entry online, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God that are beyond the control of TTM. TTM disclaims any warranty of merchantability, warranty of fitness, and any other implied warranty. TTM is not responsible for cancellations, postponements, or delays.

TTM reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Sweepstakes, including information on contestants obtained through the Sweepstakes, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law. Any taxes associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release TTM and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, employees, advertising sponsor(s) and advertising agencies from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

8)    CONTEST MANAGEMENT:

ANY ATTEMPT, AS DETERMINED IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF TRIB TOTAL MEDIA, INC. TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES.

Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate and fair operation of the Sweepstakes will disqualify the contestant responsible and is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, TTM reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the full extent permitted by law.

All decisions relating to the Sweepstakes and interpretation of these rules are made by the management of TTM in its sole discretion and are final. TTM reserves the right to change the rules at any time to ensure the fair administration of the Sweepstakes and compliance with applicable laws.

If for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, and unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of TTM which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity of the Sweepstakes, TTM reserves its right in its discretion to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process, and/or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. TTM and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees (i) assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alternation of, entries: (ii) are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of any email to be received by TTM on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.
